How a paleo diet grocery list is healthier, cheaper and better tasting.


Chances are you have come to read my website because you are committed to making a healthy lifestyle change. Am I correct? Well let's get started right here and right now.







A few years ago, I was overweight, I was unhealthy, I was feeling bad. The reasons were manifold. First of all I did not get enough exercise, but I did not really feel like exercising either. I did not really plan my supermarket purchases like I do since I have composed my personal paleo diet grocery list, but I rather went out and bought whatever looked tasty.

The result was, I kept on feeling worse and worse. I became a quite miserable person with a bloated gut, too much money wasted on food, my body was plagued by yeast overgrowth and as I have mentioned I even lacked the motivation to exercise.





Then I found a solution. A friend of mine who is a nutritionist recommended I get myself a paleo diet grocery list that I keep with my whenever I go shopping. She told me to treat this like my own personal ten commandments, except that it would contain more than 10 foods, and they would not be hard to swallow, but rather delicious and tasty as well as healthy.

I did as she said. The list was low in sugar, low in calories but high in vitamins, minerals and protein. For the first time since about a decade before, I began to feel different. About 1 month into the diet I had lost almost 5 kg ( ~ 3/4 stone)
I began to feel how my metabolism sped up. I no longer experienced insulin highs and the accompanying sugar crashes that would devastate me for years before. I no longer experienced sugar cravings or food cravings in general, but I was happily looking forward to all of my meals.


My paleo diet grocery list also allowed me to save money. Before I got started I was very worried that it would be expensive as hell. To the contrary, I soon realized that I was in fact saving money, because the way I shopped became different, the way I used food became more efficient and the way I felt allowed me to eat less and become more effective in my job which eventually would earn me a promotion. 


When I got started I could hardly believe any of this would ever be possible.
But after being on the diet for more than a year, and seeing many of my friends transform their bodies, their lifestyles and most of all themselves since choosing this diet, I have decided to stay on this diet for the rest of my life, or until I find something even better.
